Out of Warranty labor rates

Our out of warranty labor rates are split in two parts - there is house call and/or diagnostic charge that is due to customer during first visit to the house. It covers our first trip to the customer and disgnostic of the appliance. It is only charged once, regardless of how many vists we make to complete repair. Second part is labor charge to complete repair. This is flat rate and is only charged to customer after appliance repair is complete.

In-Home service:
House Call and/or Diagnostic - $135.00
Minor Repair - $60.00
Standard Repair - $180.00
Washer Drum Service - $300.00
Heat Pump Service - $135/hr (1 hour minimum)
Second men on site for unit removal and/or reinstall - additional $100.00 per visit.
