Out of Warranty labor rates

Our out of warranty labor rates are split in two parts - there is house call and/or diagnostic charge that is due to customer during first visit to the house. It covers our trips to the customer and disgnostic of the appliance. It is only charged once, regardless of how many vists we make to complete repair. Second part is labor charge to complete repair. This is flat rate and is only charged to customer after appliance repair is complete.
Heat pump service is much more complex than regural appliance and therefore price is based on complexity of each individual repair.

In-Home service:
House Call and/or Diagnostic - $120.00
Minor Repair - $60.00
Standard Repair - $180.00
Major Repair (Washer drum, dishwasher sump pump) - $250.00
Heat Pump Service - based on specific project ($250.00 minimum)
Second men on site for unit removal and/or reinstall - additional $100.00 per visit.
