Product Shipping
Most of the items
purchased form our inventory will ship the same day.
However, this is not a guarantee. Some items might
require being shipped the following day or within 24
hours of the order being processed. If your order is
time sensitive, please contact us to insure the item can
be shipped to meet your needs.
Product Returns
If you receive an item that has been
damaged during shipping, please
Contact Us first.
We guarantee the item to be in 100% working condition.
If the item is not functioning as described, the buyer
has to contact us IMMEDIATELY and send it back within 7
days. A replacement will be mailed upon receiving the
defective item (if replacement is available in stock) or
full credit issued (if we don't have replacement in
stock).
If the item is functioning as described, returns will be
accepted with 20% restocking fee but not less than $20.
We must receive item back within 90 calendar
days.
The buyer is responsible for shipping and handling
charges on all returns.
We are not responsible for shipping delays or damages
caused by outside party. Note: we do not provide warranty replacements
of parts that have been damaged by installation in sets
that contain shorted or faulty components. Please
carefully check the condition of the set before
installing our product. Note that we keep track of our own items by the serial
numbers or special markings.
Warranty
All used or refurbished product is
warranted for 90 days from the invoice date.
All new product carries manufacturer's
warranty. Please contact manufacturer to obtain warranty
replacement or refund on all new products. Some service
parts, sold as "NEW", may carry our 90 days warranty.
